Most people are familiar of the Casey Anthony case that swept the nation on all news broadcast stations and newspapers.
Due to lack of evidence, Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering her daughter Caylee of two years old. This case shocked the nation and caused quite a stir of emotions. After the ruling was announced Anthony received numerous death threats and negative feedback from the public outside the courtroom.

To enhance the hatred toward Anthony that thousands of people feel, TV network, Lifetime has ideas of creating a movie based on the book that was written about the case: Imperfect Justice, Prosecuting Casey Anthony. The book was written by Jeff Ashton a retired Florida prosecutor. Ashton tells People magazine, “I have seen my share of liars, but never one quite like this.” On the cover is four shots of her waiting to hear her sentence and she goes from laughing to crying. July 5, 2011 after being found guilty of anything that was pressed against her, Anthony pretty much walked away empty handed. If this proposal for the movie does go through, we get to hate her all over again!

The Amanda Knox trial was also made into a Lifetime movie and for people like me who have a hard time keeping up with breaking evidence, the movie helped keep me on track and follow easier. It would be interesting to see how this case would play out but ultimately this movie would only anger more people about the fact that she got away with murder.
