Radford University students will have one more opportunity to sign up for an on-campus surveillance COVID-19 test before leaving campus for the extended Thanksgiving and winter holiday break.
COVID-19 exit testing will occur on campus in Young Hall and at the Radford University Carilion (RUC) facility in Roanoke during the first two days of finals week (Nov. 16 and 17) from 10 a.m – 3 p.m.
The exit test will be no charge for students who sign up for an appointment.
Students who participate in the on-campus testing site will have to follow arrows and signs posted in Young Hall to abide by social distancing rules.Students are highly encouraged to arrive at least five minutes before their scheduled time.
Any student who wishes to sign up for a test will have to schedule a date and time. Students can find available dates and times in an email sent out Friday, Oct. 30, from Radford University. All available tests will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Students are highly encouraged to arrive at least five minutes before their scheduled time.
Once a date and time are selected, students will receive a confirmation email through their Radford email accounts. Students who have to reschedule for another time can do so in the online portal.
PathGroups will perform the test, and results will be available through a secure online portal 48 hours after administering tests.
If students have any questions about the COVID-19 exit testing or general questions about the COVID-19 planning, they can email COVID19@radford.edu.
